Prepare tart dough with the flour, cold butter, cold water and half the salt.
Rest the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes and mash them.
Soften the yellow onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
Add the ground beef and fry for 12 minutes.
Mix the meat stock, mustard, allspice, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, remaining salt and potatoes into the filling.
Spread half the dough in the mold, fill with the cooled filling and cover with the second dough sheet.
Brush the top with beaten egg and bake at 190°C for 45 minutes.
