Knead a dough with the flour and 220 ml water, then rest it for 20 minutes.
Boil the granulated sugar and 1.5 cups water for 8 minutes to prepare the syrup.
Prepare the curd cheese filling and roll the dough out thinly.
Close the dough in a half-moon shape so the edges do not open and fall apart.
Fry the samsades in 170°C oil for 6 minutes.
Dip the desserts in the syrup for 1 minute, then remove them.
