Halve the pears and scoop out the seed beds with a spoon.
Rub the cut surfaces with lemon so they do not darken in the oven.
Divide the honey, butter, and cinnamon among the hollows in the pears.
Bake the pears in a 190°C oven for 25 minutes, until softened.
Spoon the baking juices over them and rest for 8 minutes.
Place the pear halves on the plate with the cut side facing up so the honey sauce does not run out.
💡 Tip: Do not choose pears that are too ripe; it is better if they hold their shape in the oven without falling apart.
