Mix the Saskatoon berries with the sugar, corn starch, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Place the first pie crust in the pan and transfer the berry filling into it.
Dot the filling with small pieces of butter and cover with the second crust.
Seal the edges and cut steam vents in the top.
Bake the pie until the filling bubbles and the crust is browned.
Rest for at least twenty minutes before slicing.
