Swell the couscous with salt and hot water for 8 minutes.
Fluff the couscous with a fork and mix with half of the butter.
Slice the onions thinly into half moons.
Soften the onions in olive oil and the remaining butter for 18 minutes.
Add the raisins, cinnamon, turmeric, and honey to the onions and cook for 8 minutes.
Toast the almonds in a dry pan for 4 minutes.
Serve the couscous with the tfaya onions and almonds.
