Mix the flour, water, and half the salt, then knead into a firm dough.
Press the dough into an ungreased oven dish in a 2 cm thick layer.
Bake the dough uncovered at 190°C for 28 minutes, until the top is lightly browned.
Let the baked dough rest for 8 minutes, then tear it into small pieces.
Whisk the kurut ayran with the crushed garlic and remaining salt.
Mash and mix the dough pieces with the garlic kurut ayran for 5 minutes.
