Knead the flour, water, and salt into a firm dough.
Press the dough into a greased tray and smooth the surface.
Bake the bread in a 190°C oven for 50 minutes, until the top and bottom are browned.
Whisk the yogurt, water, crushed garlic, and a pinch of salt into a thick ayran.
Cut off the top crust of the baked bread, scoop out the inside with a spoon, and place the crumbs on a serving plate.
Pour the garlic ayran gradually over the bread crumbs and mix.
Foam the butter in a pan for 2 minutes.
Pour the sizzling butter into the center of the bread mixture and serve immediately.
