Knead a firm dough with flour, water and salt.
Press the dough into a greased baking tray.
Bake the dough at 200°C for 40 to 45 minutes, until browned on top and bottom.
Mix the ayran with crushed garlic.
Melt the butter in a small pan until foamy.
Cut a round lid from the baked dough and crumble the inside with a spoon.
Pile the crumbled inside in the center and pour garlic ayran and butter over it.
Close the lid, rest for 5 minutes and serve hot.
