Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes and mash them.
Drain the tuna and mix it with the potato, capers, parsley, harissa, salt, and black pepper.
Lay a sheet of malsouka pastry on the counter.
Place the filling in a ring in the center of the pastry and crack 1 egg into it.
Fold the pastry into a triangle and press the edges.
Fry the briks in hot oil for 2 minutes per side.
Rest on paper towels for 1 minute and serve with lemon.
