Mix minced turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper and cumin briefly.
Divide the mixture into 4 meatballs and press the middle lightly.
Mix strained yogurt, lime juice and crushed garlic.
Peel the avocados and mash them coarsely with a fork.
Cook the turkey meatballs in a medium-hot skillet for 5 minutes per side.
Toast the bread for 2 minutes.
Put yogurt sauce, turkey meatballs, avocado and tomatoes on the bread and serve.
💡 Tip: Not kneading the minced turkey too much will prevent the meatballs from hardening.
