Mash the bananas with a fork, break the walnuts coarsely, and heat the oven to 175°C.
Beat the butter and brown sugar for 2 minutes, until creamy.
Add the eggs, yogurt, and mashed banana and mix.
Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
Add the dry mixture to the banana mixture and stir with the walnuts just until the flour disappears.
Transfer the batter to a greased loaf pan.
Bake the loaf cake for 55 minutes, removing it when a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
Rest in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
