Rest the dough covered for 15 minutes so it will not tear while rolling.
Roll the dough thin and cut it into 3 cm squares.
Fold the squares into triangles and shape them like ears.
Boil the dough pieces in salted boiling water for 8 minutes.
Mix the yogurt, crushed garlic, and remaining salt until smooth.
Toss the drained pasta with the yogurt and serve with walnuts and butter flavored with red pepper flakes.
