Roll the dough balls thinly and cook each side on a griddle for 1 minute without browning.
Brush the cooked flatbreads with butter, scatter the cheese filling over them, and fold into half-moons.
Warm the folded yokas on the griddle for 2 more minutes, turning them.
Brush a little butter over the tops and slice hot.
