Separate the cauliflower into small florets and boil in salted water for 6 minutes.
Drain the cauliflower and let it steam off for 8 minutes so the pastry does not get wet.
Thicken the cheese sauce in a pot for 5 minutes with the milk, cheese, and a little flour.
Place the pastry in the mold and spread the cauliflower and sauce inside.
Bake the pie at 190°C for 24 minutes, until the pastry browns.
