Knead a soft dough with the flour, milk, egg and yeast.
Let the dough rise for 25 minutes so it gains volume and the bun does not stay dense.
Mix the walnuts, cinnamon, sugar and butter for the filling.
Roll out the dough, spread the filling over it, roll it into a log and cut into even slices.
Bake the buns in a 190°C oven for 22 minutes.
