Foam the warm milk, yeast, and part of the sugar for 8 minutes.
Add the flour, salt, egg, and melted butter, then knead a soft dough.
Let the dough rise for 60 minutes.
Mix the walnuts, remaining sugar, and cinnamon.
Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread the walnut filling over it, and roll it up.
Transfer the roll to a greased tray and rest for 20 minutes.
Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a 180°C oven for 30 to 32 minutes.
