Knead the bread dough with the flour, water, yeast and salt for 10 minutes.
Let the dough rise for 30 minutes so the texture does not tighten after the walnuts are added.
Fold the coarsely chopped walnuts into the dough and shape it into a loaf.
Leave the loaf for a second rise for 15 minutes.
Bake in a 190°C oven for 35 minutes, until the crust browns.
Rest the bread on a wire rack for 20 minutes and slice.
