Rinse the cracked wheat and boil it in salted water for 10 minutes.
Drain the softened cracked wheat and mix it with walnuts and olive oil.
Cool the filling for 8 minutes so it does not soften the pastry sheet.
Spread the filling over the pastry sheet and roll the pastry tightly.
Bake the pastry in a 190°C oven for 24 minutes, until browned.
