Cook the clotted cream in a pan over low heat, stirring, until it separates into darti curds.
Knead a soft dough with the flour, eggs, yogurt, vegetable oil, vinegar, and baking powder.
Rest the dough for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into balls, roll them thinly, place cooled darti in the center, and close.
Bake the sweets at 180°C until the tops brown.
Pour the cold syrup over the hot pastries.
Sprinkle with walnuts and serve once the syrup is absorbed.
