Soften the grape fruit leather between damp cloths for 3 minutes.
Cut the orcik and walnuts into small pieces.
Spread a thin layer of kaymak on the fruit leather and scatter the filling evenly.
Roll the fruit leather tightly, tucking in the ends so the filling does not spill out.
Drizzle with honey, rest for 10 minutes, and slice.
Place the roll on the plate with the seam side down.
Brush the slices with just a little honey so the orcik flavor is not covered.
💡 Tip: Lightly moistening the grape fruit leather lets it roll without cracking.
🍽️ Serving suggestion: Slice thinly and serve with Turkish coffee.
