Cut the apples into small cubes and put them in a pan.
Cook the apples for 6 minutes and add cinnamon once the juice reduces.
Mix the poppy seed cream smooth in a separate bowl.
Divide apple and poppy cream into two layers in the cups.
Chill for 20 minutes and sprinkle poppy seeds on top.
Do not add the cream before the apple layer is completely cool.
Sprinkle a little poppy seed on top and leave the layer line visible.
