Knead a smooth dough with the flour, butter, warm water, and half of the salt.
Rest the dough for 25 minutes.
Soften the onions in vegetable oil for 8 minutes.
Add the ground beef, cumin, paprika, red pepper flakes, and remaining salt, then cook for 8 minutes.
Chop the boiled eggs and olives and stir into the cooled filling.
Roll out the dough, cut rounds, add filling, and close into half moons.
Brush with beaten egg and bake in a 200°C oven for 22 minutes.
