Trim the tough ends of the casir greens and wash them in plenty of water.
Boil the water and half the salt in a pot, then boil the casir for 9 minutes.
Transfer the boiled casir to cold water, let it stand for 18 minutes, and drain.
Cut the casir into 3 cm lengths and beat the eggs in a bowl.
Melt the butter in a pan and saute the casir for 7 minutes, until its aroma opens.
Add the remaining salt and black pepper, then pour the beaten eggs into the pan.
Cook for 4 minutes, keeping the eggs soft, and serve hot.
