Knead the flour, egg, water, and half of the salt into an elastic dough.
Cover the dough and rest it for 20 minutes.
Cut the fish fillet into small pieces and finely chop the onion and garlic.
Cook the onion, garlic, tomato paste, fish, red pepper flakes, and parsley in a little oil for 10 minutes, until thick.
Roll the dough thinly, cut rounds, and add some of the cooled filling.
Seal the edges and press them with a fork.
Fry the fatayas in hot oil for 3 minutes, until golden.
