Mix the honey with the grated apples and add to the oat mixture.
Press the mixture into a small tray lined with parchment paper, spreading it to 1.5 cm thickness.
Bake in a 180°C oven for 25 minutes, until the edges turn golden.
Cool in the tray for 10 minutes, then cut into bars with a sharp knife.
