Chill the serving glasses, milk, and sweet layers in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Layer sweet beans, nata de coco, kaong, jackfruit, saba banana, and macapuno in each glass.
Fill the glasses with shaved ice and press the ice lightly.
Slowly pour the evaporated milk over the ice.
Place ube halaya, leche flan, and ube ice cream on top.
Sprinkle with puffed rice and serve immediately before it melts.
💡 Tip: Chilling the glasses and all the layers before serving keeps the shaved ice from melting too quickly.
🍽️ Serving suggestion: Serve in cold glasses with long spoons so it can be mixed and eaten right away.
