Knead a soft dough with the flour and water.
Rest the dough for 20 minutes so it does not pull back while rolling.
Turn the onion in sunflower oil for 5 minutes, then mix with the lentils to prepare the filling.
Roll the dough thinly and spread poppy seed paste over the surface.
Spread the lentil filling over the dough and roll it up.
Bake the bukme in a 190°C oven for 25 minutes.
Rest the bukme for 8 minutes and serve with ayran.
