Lightly crush one cup of the corn kernels.

Make a thick batter with the flour, rice flour, egg, water, salt, and coriander seed.
Fold the crushed and whole corn kernels into the batter with the aromatics.
Heat the oil in a pan and drop in spoonfuls of batter.
Fry the fritters for 3 minutes on each side, until golden.
