Mix the yeast and warm water and let stand for 5 minutes.
Knead a soft dough with the flour and salt, then let it rise for 45 minutes.
Roll out the dough, place the cold butter on it, and fold.
Sprinkle with sugar and roll and fold the dough three times.
Transfer to a greased mold and bake for 35 minutes, until caramelized.
💡 Tip: Chill the dough briefly between folds so the butter does not leak out.
