Cut the 4 potatoes into small cubes and cut the 500 g salmon into 2 cm pieces.
Boil the potatoes in 5 cups of water over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Add the 200 ml cream and warm for 2 minutes, without letting it boil and split.
Add the salmon pieces and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add half a bunch of dill at the last moment and serve hot without breaking up the salmon.
