Wash the chard, slice the stems thinly, and chop the leaves coarsely.
Put the olive oil in the pan and heat it for 30 seconds until the surface lightly shines before adding the onion.
Turn the onion in the olive oil for 4 minutes until translucent.
Add the chopped chard stems and saute for 2 minutes.
Add the chard leaves and lor cheese and cook for 5 minutes more before serving.
Adjust the salt and red pepper flakes and remove from the heat before the lor melts.
