Boil the sugar and water for 10 minutes, then let the syrup become warm.
Knead a soft dough with the flour, egg, and yogurt.
Rest the dough for 15 minutes so the pieces do not shrink.

Place them in the warm syrup for 2 minutes, drain, and serve.
