Knead the flour, butter, salt, 2 spoonfuls of the sugar, and 1 egg into tart dough.
Press the dough into the mold and chill for 20 minutes.
Bake the base in a 180°C oven for 14 minutes, until lightly colored.
Whisk the milk, remaining sugar, starch, and 2 eggs in a pot.
Cook the custard over medium heat for 8 minutes, until thickened.
Add the vanilla and stir the filling for 3 minutes to cool slightly.
Pour the filling into the tart shell and rest in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and slice.
