Soften the banana leaves in a hot pan for 30 seconds.
Spread the corn mixture in thin rounds on the leaf pieces.
Cook the first side of the guirilas over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Turn them with the help of the leaves and cook the second side for 4 minutes.
