Knead the yeast dough and let it rise for 45 minutes.
Boil the potatoes for 22 minutes, mash them, and mix with lor and salt.
Divide the dough into balls, roll each one out, and butter it.
Place the potato and lor filling inside, close the kete, and arrange them on a tray.
Brush the tops with egg and bake in a 190°C oven for 28 minutes.
