Wash the sushi rice until the water runs clear.
Cook the rice and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Add rice vinegar, sugar and salt to hot rice and let it cool.
Cut the cucumber into long strips and the cream cheese into thin sticks.
Spread rice over nori and turn over.
Place smoked salmon, cream cheese and cucumber and wrap the roll.
Slice the roll with a sharp knife and serve with sesame and soy sauce.
