Boil the sugar and water in a pot for 10 minutes, add the lemon juice, and let the syrup cool until warm.
Whisk the eggs, yogurt, and vegetable oil in a bowl.
Add the flour, semolina, and baking powder and make a soft dough.
Spread the dough in an oiled tray and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake at 180°C for 32 minutes, until the top is browned.
Wait 5 minutes, then drizzle the warm syrup over the dessert.
Once it absorbs the syrup for 2 hours, serve with coconut and pistachios.
💡 Tip: After the dessert comes out of the oven, wait 5 minutes before pouring on the warm syrup; pouring too early makes the top crust doughy.
