Mix the barley flour, wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the milk and melted butter and make a soft dough.
Shape the dough into 6 small flatbreads on parchment.
Prick the surfaces with a fork.
Bake the flatbreads in a 225°C oven for 14 minutes, until lightly browned.
Rest under a clean cloth for 5 minutes and serve warm.
