Add the egg, melted butter, and milk, then knead.
Tear off walnut-size pieces of dough and shape them into rings.
Arrange the rings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake the rosquillas for 24 minutes, until golden.
Cool on the tray for 10 minutes so they crisp up.
