Let the fresh yeast and lukewarm water stand for 5 minutes.
Knead a soft dough with the flour, yeast water, and half the salt.
Let the dough rise for 40 minutes.
Cook the onion in half the butter for 6 minutes.
Add the beef mince, chopped spinach, parsley, black pepper, and remaining salt and cook for 8 minutes.
Roll out pieces of dough, add the filling, and close the two edges at the center.
Bake the bukus at 220°C for 18 to 20 minutes.
Brush the remaining butter over the tops after they come out of the oven.
💡 Tip: Letting the filling cool before adding it to the dough keeps the bottom of the buku from softening.
