For the mastic pudding, soak the figs in warm milk for 5 minutes.
Cook the milk mixture on the stove for 10 minutes until thickened.
Add the mastic and stir for 1 minute.
Divide the figs among the bowls so the texture does not collect at the bottom.
Pour the pudding over them and chill for 35 minutes.
💡 Tip: Crushing mastic with sugar helps it disperse through the pudding.
