Cut the corn into rounds and chop the green beans and zucchini into large pieces.
Crush the garlic and onion and boil them with the water in a pot for 5 minutes.
Add the corn and peanuts and cook for 12 minutes.
Add the green beans, zucchini, and tomatoes.
Add the tamarind paste, salt, and brown sugar to the pot and cook for 12 more minutes.
Turn off the heat once the vegetables remain slightly crisp.
