Knead the dough and leave it to rest.
Mix the ground beef, onion, salt, and black pepper to prepare the filling.
Roll the dough thinly, spread the filling over one half, and close it.
Press the edges so the meat filling does not come out in the pan.
Cook the semsek in the pan until the first side browns.
Cook the other side and serve with parsley.
