Dry the shrimp, finely chop the garlic, and chop the parsley.
Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 9 minutes until firm, reserving 1 cup pasta water.
Heat the olive oil and half the butter in a pan, then turn the garlic for 1 minute without burning it.
Add the shrimp and cook about 2 minutes per side, until pink.
Add the white grape juice, lemon juice, black pepper, and half the reserved pasta water.
Add the spaghetti to the pan and bind the sauce for 2 minutes with the remaining butter.
Stir in the parsley and serve shrimp scampi with lemon wedges.
