Finely slice the scallions and mix them into the shrimp paste.
Cut the bread slices into triangles.
Press the shrimp paste onto the bread and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Fry the toasts shrimp-side down for 3 minutes.
Turn and fry the bread side for another 2 minutes.
Rest on paper for 2 minutes and serve hot.
