Knead the dough and rest it for 20 minutes.
Saute the apples with cinnamon for 8 minutes.
Spread half the dough in the mold and add the apple filling.
Grate the remaining dough over the top.
Bake the szarlotka for 35 minutes in a 180°C oven.
Cool for 20 minutes before slicing so the apple layer does not fall apart.
