Thicken soy sauce, brown sugar, crushed garlic and grated ginger in a small saucepan for 5 minutes.
Divide the ground beef into 4 meatballs and season with salt and pepper.
Dry the pineapple rings with paper towels.
Make the cast iron pan very hot and cook the meatballs for 3 minutes on each side.
Add teriyaki sauce and mozzarella cheese to the meatballs and melt for 1 minute.
Sear the pineapple rings in the same pan for a total of 2 minutes on both sides.
Put meatballs, pineapple and finely chopped spring onions on sesame bread and serve.
