Mash the black beans with olive oil, cumin, and half of the salt, then heat in a pan for 5 minutes.
Rub the beef steak with the remaining salt and cook in a hot pan for 3 minutes on each side.
While the steak rests, pull the string cheese into strands, finely shred the cabbage, and slice the avocado.
Crisp the corn tortillas in a dry pan for 90 seconds on each side.
Spread the tortillas with mashed beans, add the string cheese, and melt in the oven for 4 minutes.
