Mix the warm milk, dry yeast, and granulated sugar, then wait 8 minutes.
Knead the flour, salt, 1 egg, melted butter, vegetable oil, and yeasted milk.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 45 minutes.
Coarsely chop the walnuts and divide the dough into 8 balls.
Flatten the balls, sprinkle with walnuts, roll them up, and shape into rings or long loaves.
Place the loaves on a tray, brush with the remaining beaten egg, and sprinkle with sesame.
Bake the Tokat market loaves in a 185°C oven for 24 to 25 minutes, until browned.
