Mix the milk, yogurt, yeast, and sugar and let stand for 6 minutes.
Add the flour, salt, and melted butter and knead the dough for 8 minutes.
Let the dough rise for 30 minutes; if it rises too much, the layers will open in the oven.
Mix the walnuts, molasses, and cinnamon into a thick filling.
Spread half of the dough in the tray, scatter over the walnut molasses filling, and cover with the remaining dough.
